KISI is committed to keeping your information strictly confidential and is bounded by confidentiality regulations that are in keeping with the human service profession, the regulations that govern the membership of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) and the Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

All personal information (email, residence and business addresses, phone numbers, names and date of birth or any other identifying information) that is voluntarily submitted or given on request to KISI will be kept confidential and not shared with any third party directly or indirectly involved with that person / client without their written consent.

Only specific information that is authorized by the person / client will be shared by written consent. Should a person / client not have the capacity to give consent, a person officially designated or authorized to give consent on their behalf can provide written consent. All consents will be for a limited time, determined by the person / client or designate / authorized to do so.
